These stories will transport you into the bygone era of the ’80s and introduce you to the game changer- “Mastram.” The 10 episodes feature stories of passion intertwined with turbulent day-to-day scenarios from Mastram’s real life. His stimulating books served as the wings to every boy’s imagination and fantasies. One teacher and many lessons – his stories were the only guide required for boys to graduate to men.
Rajaram’s love interest (Tara Alisha Berry) despises such stories. Rajaram starts writing adult stories, and slowly teenagers as well as older men get addicted to his books. The publisher tells him that he is trying to sell Rajendra Kumar in the era of Amitabh Bachchan and asks him to write something that will excite the readers. At the start of the trailer, we see a struggling writer Rajaram, played by Anshuman Jha, going to a publisher with his new novel, Devika Ki Vyatha, only to be coldly rejected. Mastram is the story of a struggling writer who turns to adult fiction after facing rejection. Well, casting is average so don’t expect much from the series itself. Although the makers haven’t just worked on erotic content even they have presented some deluxe and amazing storyline. You would want to dig this series alone as it isn’t the family watch type of content. The whole MX player’s new series Mastram is an erotic drama with adult comedy.
